I ended up having to return my Totwoo bracelet because I ordered the wrong size, which was totally on me. I kind of expected the process to be okay since I’d already seen a few people say their customer service was helpful, and this just confirmed that for me.
I emailed them and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. They explained what I needed to do, and the return steps were simple enough that I didn’t feel like I was going in circles.

Once they received the bracelet, my refund came through without any drama or me having to chase them. Smooth experience overall, and it definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again.

The bracelet does look nice, I’ll give it that. But the touch response has been annoying for me. It’s slow and misses taps a lot, which is exactly what I was worried about with a touch-based bracelet like this. I kind of expected it to be finicky, and using it pretty much confirmed that for me...

Totwoo’s site looks really at first, like the colors are nice and the product photos look good. But yeah, some pages feel kinda crowded, and the fonts don’t always seem to go together. It works fine overall, it just doesn’t feel as clean or premium as I expected...

I got my totwoo bracelet and the charging was easy to figure out. The cable snaps on fine, and once I actually line it up the right way, it starts charging without any drama.
The only annoying part is that it’s a little picky about the position. To be fair, I’m probably the problem half the time because I’ll bump it or set it down weird, and then it stops charging, so now I just double-check it before walking away.
After a full charge, the battery has been decent for me. It’s not flawless, but it works well enough and overall I’m happy with it.

I got this bracelet from Totwoo and I’m happy with it so far. It fits well, like not too tight but also not sliding all over the place or anything. I wore it most of the day and it didn’t really bother my wrist, which was kind of what I was worried about. The clasp was a little tricky at first and took me a bit to figure out, so that’s mostly why I’d say 4 stars. Overall though, it’s comfortable and looks nice.

The setup wasn’t too hard overall, but the instructions were a little confusing in a few spots, so it took me longer than I expected. What bothered me more were the constant reminders — they felt aggressive and started getting annoying fast.

I really wanted to like this, but the battery just didn’t hold up. I found myself charging it way more often than I expected, and it somehow always seemed to die at the worst moments. For the price, it made me wonder if something was off with the quality or if the battery claims were a bit too optimistic. Frustrating overall, and I’m not sure I’d buy from totwoo again...

I've been wearing it pretty much every day, and so far, no problems at all. Still looks good and feels solid.

Well... I really wanted to like this, but the vibration is way too weak. Even on the highest setting, I could barely feel it unless I was paying close attention to the app. It’s a cute idea, but it just didn’t work the way I expected. For me, it wasn’t worth the money

I was kind of surprised by how quickly it arrived. I felt like I had barely finished placing the order and it was already on its way. The tracking was decent too, so overall it was a smooth experience.

I’m not sure if it’s just mine or what, but the Bluetooth keeps dropping randomly. It connects at first, then a little while later it just disconnects... which gets frustrating fast. I wanted to like it, but yeah, it just won’t stay connected for me.

It works okay most days. Nothing too bad. But it does freeze here and there. The menus also feel kind of messy. Took me a bit to find stuff

The bracelet is cute and I do like the idea, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. The app features are fine, just basic, and the bracelet itself feels more average than premium. It is not bad, but I would not say it felt like great value for the money.

I really liked how the bracelet looked when I first got it, but it started scratching way faster than I expected. It’s cute, but it feels a bit cheap, so I’m not convinced it’s worth the price.
